Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order before it begins its journey to you.

We offer two magical delivery options:
- Standard Shipping (12.95 USD):
Your package will travel via DHL or FedEx and arrive within 10-15 business days after shipping. - Free Shipping:
For orders over 50 USD, we’ll send your treasures via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after shipping.
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for our friends in remote locations (certain areas of Asia and other distant realms excluded from service).
🔮 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all protective packaging intact (no broken Time-Turners, please!)
- Accompanied by the original order number

🚫 Non-Returnable Magical Items
Some treasures are too special to return:
- Personalized/Customized Items: Spells once cast can’t be undone (engraved jewelry, monogrammed pieces)
- Final Sale Items: Marked with “🔮 No Returns” in their product description
- Pierced Earrings: For hygiene reasons (even magic has limits!)
💰 Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (we check each piece with the care of a goblin inspecting gold)
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (bank processing times vary)
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
✈️ Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service – lost packages break our hearts more than a broken wand!
🔄 Exchange Policy
Want to swap for something more your style? Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “Accio perfect jewelry!”
